Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • 1) The content has not been previously published nor submitted to another journal (or an explanation provided in Comments to the editor).

    2) The text meets the bibliographic and style requirements indicated in Camera Ready Latex for Latex. Submissions in .doc format are discouraged; if this format is chosen, one should follow Camera Ready Word.

    3) All illustrations, figures and tables shall be placed next to their first mention (not at the end of the manuscript). The preferred formats for illustrations are PS, EPS, or other high-resolution formats; formats such as JPG, GIF, or PNG should be avoided. In any case, they must have a resolution of 600 dpi or higher.

    4) The doi or a link has been added for published references.

    5) As part of the submission, it is necessary to send this form, assuming the payment commitment if the publication is accepted; this form also enables to suggest names of possible reviewers. Authors must pay, for each page or fraction thereof of the accepted manuscript, the amount specified in the announcements at the time of submission.

    6) The use of artificial intelligence tools must be duly disclosed in the manuscript, specifying their contributions.

    7) There is no limit on the number of pages for submitted articles, but the file size of the accepted manuscript must be less than 10 MB.

Author Guidelines

The review and processing of an article takes an average of four months.

All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening using various software programs. If plagiarism is detected, the editors will notify the corresponding author so that they can offer further information regarding this point; if the author would not provide such information, the manuscript will be considered non-original and the publication process will not proceed.
